Don't just take our word for it.

Every field below is either verified, stated by the project, or still unpublished. Nothing here is filled in with a plausible-looking number, and nothing is published before it has been checked.

Key

How to read this page

Verified

Verified on-chain

Checked against Solana blockchain data that anyone can reproduce in a public explorer.

Stated

Project statement

Stated by KLEAR. Not independently verified. Treat it as a claim, not as proof.

Unverified

Not published yet

No verified value exists. The field is left empty rather than guessed.

Dashboard

Project status

This dashboard changes only when the underlying facts change. A field stays unverified until it can be reproduced from the blockchain or backed by a published document. Open any line to see where its value comes from and what its label means.

Definitions

Fact, statement, review

An on-chain fact

Something the Solana blockchain records and anyone can read without trusting us: a mint address, a supply figure, a holder balance, or whether an authority is still active. You can check it yourself in a public explorer.

A project statement

Something KLEAR says about itself: plans, policies, intentions, commitments and explanations. It can be stated in good faith and still be wrong. It is not proof of anything on its own, and it is not a promise.

An independent review

A third-party examination with a published report and a stated scope. A review describes what was examined, when, and against which risks. It is not a guarantee, and a scope that excludes something is not a clean bill of health for it.

How we label

A field is labelled Verified only when it can be reproduced from the blockchain. Everything a person or a document reports is labelled Stated. Everything else stays Unverified, however inconvenient that is.

Disclosures

Creator wallet disclosures

Any wallet controlled by the project, or by a person behind it in connection with it, is material information.

We will publish wallet addresses, the role each wallet plays and, where possible, the evidence that ties a wallet to the project. We will not publish personal information about anyone without their consent, and we will not imply that publishing an address proves who controls it.

Until a wallet is published on this page, treat any claim about KLEAR's "team wallets", "insider holdings" or "dev wallets" as unverified — including claims made by people who appear to support the project.

Current status

No creator-controlled wallets are published yet, because no disclosure has been made and confirmed.

Supply

Token supply and allocation

Supply and allocation are checkable on-chain once a token exists, which is why they belong here rather than in a graphic.

We will publish total supply, circulating supply, the allocation split between creator, treasury, liquidity and the public, and the addresses that hold those allocations. Percentages without addresses are not a disclosure.

No supply, allocation or holder figure is stated on this website, because no token has been created and verified. When it exists, the figures will be read from the chain and the source will be named next to them.

Control

Token authority status

Mint authority and freeze authority are the two control settings that matter most on a Solana token.

An active mint authority can create more tokens, which dilutes existing holders. An active freeze authority can freeze token accounts, which can prevent people from moving what they hold. Both statuses are visible on the token account itself, so both will be stated here with a link to the account you can check them in.

Neither status has been verified for KLEAR, because no token account has been published.

Important limitation

Renouncing an authority removes one specific capability. It does not make a token safe: liquidity can still be removed, demand can still disappear, and a mint address can still be copied by an impersonator.

Liquidity

Liquidity arrangements and their limits

Liquidity determines whether a holder can actually sell, which makes it the single most consequential arrangement a small token has.

If liquidity exists, we will publish how much there is, who provided it, how it is held and whether anything restricts its removal. We will not describe liquidity as locked or burned without verifiable evidence, and we will name the source of that evidence.

Where a lock exists, we will state the provider, the amount, the unlock date and any conditions attached to it — because a lock with an unlock clause is not permanent liquidity, and presenting it as permanent would mislead the people relying on it.

Current status

No liquidity arrangement has been confirmed, so nothing on this website claims that KLEAR liquidity is locked, burned or permanent.

Treasury

Treasury holdings and transactions

If the project holds a treasury, those holdings and the movements out of them are the clearest available evidence of what money is spent on.

If a treasury exists, we will publish its addresses and a periodic summary of significant transactions, including anything paid to the creator or to any connected person. If no treasury exists, we will say that plainly rather than leaving the question open to interpretation.

No treasury is published at present, and no treasury policy has been confirmed.

Policy

Changes to project policies

A commitment is only worth something if changing it is visible.

When a policy on this website changes — a principle, a disclosure commitment, a risk statement or a legal page — the change will be recorded with a date, a short description of what changed and why. We will not backfill the history, quietly reword a commitment, or remove an entry because it has become awkward.

If an earlier statement turns out to have been wrong, we will say so and correct it in public.

Security

Independent security reviews

An independent review is a third-party examination published with its scope, not a badge.

No independent security review has been completed for KLEAR, so this project is not described on this website as audited, verified or safe. If a review is commissioned, we will publish the report itself, name the reviewer, and state clearly what was in scope, what was out of scope and when it was carried out.

Update history

  1. 27 October 2026

    Added

Wallet and treasury policy fields published as unpublished

Founder holdings, disclosed creator wallets, the founder selling policy, treasury and community allocations and the treasury spending policy now each have a published entry. All five are marked not published, because no token and no allocation exist yet, and each states exactly what will be published — and what a published address still would not prove.

  2. 27 October 2026

    Added

    Launch readiness tracker published

Nine checks that have to be true before anyone is asked to interact with a token are now listed publicly, each labelled published, in preparation or not started. The count at the top of that page only includes items that are actually visible on this website today.
